外贸| 如何重启失联的海外客户

遇到这种失联的客户可以这么说:
Jack, after I last messaged you, I haven't been able to get in touch with you at all.(陈述事实,不指责)
I guess you might have become interested in someone else's product, maybe even purchased it, and no longer need me.(示弱)
In the spirit of seeing things through from start to finish, I still want to confirm with you one more time.(利他原则)
If you have indeed made a purchase with another supplier, please let me know, and I'll make sure not to bother you anymore.(降低客户防备心)
If you haven't made your decision yet, I'd feel like I'm not doing my job properly by not reaching out to you.(立人设,表达要负责到底)
Jack, if you see this message, do please reply, so that I'm not left constantly worrying about your situation.(以柔化刚)
